1.The regulations include wheeled or tracked agricultural orforestry vehicles with a speed of at least 6 km/h,as well asvarious components that may affect the safety of tractors.Forexample,headlights,direction indicators,various fixtures forlighting,engine,tires and so on.
2.Technical regulations apply if:
-tractors or trailers were manufactured in a singleproduction;
-if the tractor was assembled before the entry into force ofthis document or has already been used.
3.The tractor should work properly throughout its life.In orderto determine which specific re are needed,you must firstidentify the machines.For example,for tractors of categories T1,T2or T5 there will be different re.Equipment,such as:fueltank,brake systems,devices for lighting,everything will be heldaccording to the established State Standards or TR CU.If you needto know the re for a specific type of tractor,we adviseyou to contact our certification body.
4.It is not necessary to choose the form of conformity in thisRegulation,because it is only one-a certificate of conformity.Aswith the point above,everything will depend on the type oftractor.Only an accredited certification body can conduct thisprocedure,and an accredited laboratory can test it.
Certification schemes,which can be carried out allthree-1c,3c,4c.
-1c scheme applies to mass production
-3c is carried out for the party
-4c for single production.
A certificate under the 1c scheme is issued for a period of 5years for a batch,that is,3c,without any time limit,but thecertificate will contain information on the distinctive features ofthe parties.
