Used as the primary document for workersafety, the Safety Data Sheet (or SDS) is crucial to your successin registering products. This document carries most of theinformation that is needed for product registration and will alsobe uploaded in conjunction with the data you input during theregistration process.
Before submitting your SDS, be sure itfollows the 16 section GHS format standard guidelines. Payparticular attention that Section 2 provides information forHazards Identification and Section 3 provides the product’scomposition, as these two sections have been used differently inother legacy SDS formats. Also, be sure classifications andaccurate pictograms are used in Section 2 that are consistent withthe composition data you have identified Section3.
