2、 每月定期检查链条、传动带有否松动。
3、每班检查螺丝及其他紧固件，发现松动及时紧固。
4、 复膜、拉纸皮辊不工作时应提到高位不要压在主动胶辊上，以免变形。拉纸复膜胶辊清洗时应用中性洗涤剂清洗，不能用汽油、松香水等擦洗以防提前老化。
5、 每班检查电器件及线路可靠连接保证正常工作，保证接地线可靠连接
6、保持电气箱内通风散热，避免潮湿及灰尘，清理电气箱内灰尘及脏污可用吸尘器并由电工进行。
