（一）中文版旗舰店授权书请选择下述任一种独占授权书模板，填写完整并盖章后提交： 模板一： 旗舰店开店授权书 兹授权 xx公司在拼多多平台开设“xx”品牌旗舰店。 授权期间为：××年××月××日至××年××月××日。我公司承诺在上述期间内不在拼多多平台开设“xx”品牌旗舰店，亦不再授权其他公司在拼多多平台开设该品牌旗舰店。我公司郑重承诺：上述授权不可撤销。
